Who I am
This website is operated by Nathan Collins, an individual based in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of data protection law, Nathan Collins is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What data I collect and why
Contact form submissions
When you submit the contact form, I collect your name, company, email address, and telephone number. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interests — specifically, communicating with people who have proactively reached out to me.
I do not add you to any mailing list, share your details with third parties, or use them for any purpose other than responding to you directly.
Analytics
I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are read most and where visits originate from. This is the only third-party tracking on this site.
Google Analytics sets cookies and collects data including your IP address, browser type, device, and browsing behaviour on this site. Google may transfer this data to servers outside the UK and EEA. I have configured Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled.
The legal basis for analytics is your consent. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept via the consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies.

Hosting and infrastructure
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare operates a global network and I cannot guarantee in which country or countries your request will be processed. Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and has appropriate safeguards in place for international data transfers i.e. standard contractual clauses.
Contact form submissions are transmitted via Resend's email API. Resend may process data outside the UK and EEA under standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the following rights:
- Access — you can request a copy of the personal data I hold about you
- Rectification — you can ask me to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — you can ask me to delete your data where there is no legitimate reason for me to keep it
- Restriction — you can ask me to restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances
- Objection — you can object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time

If you are unsatisfied with how I handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
International visitors
This site is primarily directed at a UK audience. Where required by applicable law, I will comply with equivalent data protection obligations for visitors in other jurisdictions, including the EEA (EU GDPR) and other territories with applicable privacy legislation.
